Exchanges/Refunds

Only clothing (excluding socks) may be exchanged (not refunded), within 14 days of original purchase date.  Items must be:

  • In the original packaging
  • Unwashed
  • Unworn
  • Accompanied with the Customer Invoice/receipt or order number
If there is an issue with your order, such as a missing or damaged item, please contact saspta.storemanager@gmail.com and we will try to resolve the issue.

 

No exchanges or refunds for discontinued styles. All refunds will be made in the original form of payment.  

If an online order needs to be exchanged, it will need to take place in the PTA Store only.  The original item will be returned and refunded, and the new item/size will be purchased.
