Shipping and Backpack Mail Delivery Information
LOCAL SHIPMENTS
Kindly note local shipments will be sent via Singpost 1-2 days after purchase. Tracking will be available for all purchases. Free shipping applies to all purchases $100+.
BACKPACK MAIL
Choose 'Backpack Mail' and one of our wonderful parent volunteers will hand-deliver your order to your child's grade-level office! Just be sure to fill in your child's name, grade, and teacher/advisor at checkout — without these details, we won't be able to get your order to them.
- Elementary School: Parent volunteeres deliver the order to the ES admin office. The ES admin will pop the order into your child's teacher's mailbox and inform the Instructional Assistant.
- Middle School: Parent volunteers deliver the order to the Middle School Office (across from the MS Counselling Office). The MS Admin will email your student to let them know it's ready. Please remind them to collect it themselves — it won't be delivered to their advisory classroom.
- High School: Parent volunteers deliver the order to the High School Office for pickup. Please remind your high schooler to collect it, since the office won't send a reminder email.
A couple of friendly notes: orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday, and please allow 2–3 school days for Backpack Mail and Island-Wide delivery. Thanks so much for your patience and support!
