Refund policy

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

Apparel and spirit wear may be exchanged — not refunded — within 14 days of the original purchase date.

Items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In original packaging
• Accompanied by the invoice/receipt or order number

All exchanges must be done in person at the PTA Cafe.

Our PTA Store volunteers do their best to make exchanges easy, and we reserve the right to decline an exchange if there are signs of wear or if original packaging is not provided.
